Price corrections

Name the provider and the term. If a plan costs something other than what this site says, that is the most useful message we get, and it is re-checked the same week.

Renewal reports

If a service renewed you at a different rate than it signed you up at, tell us the two figures. Renewal behaviour is the hardest thing to observe from outside and the most expensive thing to get wrong.

Testing requests

Send the service name and its address. Subscriptions are bought at retail, so there is no need to arrange a code, and offering one does not move anything up the list.
